I beg your readers to consider action against the perpetrators of this land-domination and law-breaking. That action doesn’t have to be in the form of writing or film making (but it could :-)); it would make a difference if we all just stopped buying beef. Period. I have been hanging out on your site. I bought your book (and anticipate the next), and I want to thank you for exposing me to all the fascinating information about horses. I have always loved horses and had one as a teen. I thought I knew some stuff. Though I didn’t shoe my horse, what I didn't know now seems vast. You have given me courage and inspiration to consider bringing horses back into my life. I’m rolling the thought of adopting a couple of wild mustangs around again – I seem to visit this dream every year – this time I’m prepared to take this thought further. Thank you. A friend involved in the Shackleford Horses on the east coast had a bumper sticker stating that the Park Service is not a Native Species. This because they wanted to exterminate the banker ponies.
