Sorry to digress but Kathleen just uncovered this photo in her archives, which I had never seen, and sent it to me in Tennessee under the subject line: Missing the boy. God knows I do everyday, and I try to stay focused, but really wanted y’all to see this one. It’s what I loved about him and still love about her. Thank you Sweetie for shooting it vertically :)
Joe
Joe and Kathleen,
This is such a beautiful photo. The innocence of Malachi and the nuturing and loving face of Noelle. I know that they would both love to have their story told in your next book.
I hope you find confort in knowing that we are all sharing your tears. This picture will make a beautiful cover. It speaks so much of love.
Yep, made me cry too. Such a sweet little face, and a breathtaking story. Bless you all.
Wow, what a beautiful photo. Made me cry.
This is should be the cover of your next book. Without words this magnificent picture says so much about the spirit and nature of the horse, information that many humans are so unaware of.
Blessings to you Joe Camp, your wife, all the horses and especially Malachi
Kathleen, you have captured the heart and soul of these two animals and a mother’s love! Great shot.
Brings tears to my eyes.
It’s a magnificent photo, totally worthy of a book cover! And, yes, you can take that as a hint, Joe, if you need the encouragement to write another.
Yep, Joe, definitely a book cover!
Love knows no bounds, dear little fella is blessing some angel. Beautiful photo, Joe.
How is Noelle progressing? What are you able to do with her? Glad to hear from you.
All animals have a dignity and a grace we could learn from. I just hold my breath and wait for it to soak into my soul when I look at this picture. You are overcoming and by sharing with us..thanks, Joe.
Great, beautiful image and touching post.
